Ordering Information
Q: I just placed an order. When will it ship?
A: If your order is in stock we will ship it within 24 hours. If it is out of stock, the item usually ships with in 48 to 72 hours. We will send you an e-mail message when we ship your items to you.

Q: How long does it take for an out of stock item to become available to ship?
A:
If it is out of stock, the item usually ships with in 48 to 72 hours.

Q: I just got an e-mail message saying that my item is unavailable now. What does that mean?
A:
This is a rare occurrence. It means that the item is currently out of stock and unavailable at our distributors. It could be some time before it is available. Please e-mail us at sales@darvex.com to check availability of these items.

Q: What is a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number?
A:
Every USPS shipment (excluding some APO/FPO addresses) from Darvex.com includes a USPS (United States Postal Service) Delivery Confirmation Number. This is similar to a tracking number but only provides confirmation of shipment and delivery. When your order is shipped, the delivery confirmation number will be e-mailed to the address provided in the order information.

Q: Where can I view the on-line information for my Delivery Confirmation Number?
A:
You can view the information here. Just enter the item number and it will display the information for your shipment.

Q: Why isn't my tracking information showing up in the USPS database yet?
A:
It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the information to be updated in the USPS database. Try to check the information again later. If the information still isn't available, please contact us at sales@darvex.com.

Q: How can I use my UPS tracking number to track the delivery of my shipment?
A:
You can view the tracking information from the UPS website. When you order is shipped a tracking number will be e-mail to the address provided in the order information.

Q: My order hasn't shipped yet. Can I cancel it?
A:
Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped out. Please send an e-mail message to sales@darvex.com with your order number. Or better yet, hit REPLY to the ORDER RECEIPT you received when you placed your order and let us know.

Q: My order hasn't shipped yet. Can I add or delete items on it?
A:
Yes! Please e-mail us at sales@darvex.com with the information so we can update your order.
Returns
Q: What kind of warranty do have I have on the products I buy from Darvex.com?
A:
Any defect item will be replaced or a refund will be issued for the item. This must be reported with in 5 days from the time the shipment arrives.

Q: What is your return policy?
A:
Any defective item will be repaired within the standard warranty period for that particular item. All other returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. All items must be in the original packaging and unused. No returns on cut wire or any installed items. Please e-mail us at sales@darvex.com for RMA number when returning an item.
Shipping
Q: What are my options for shipping?
A:
We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail Service. All USPS shipments (except some APO/FPO addresses) include a USPS delivery confirmation number. We also ship via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day, and Next Day delivery. Please note that UPS can not deliver to a P.O. Box (Only street address). A tracking number is provided for all services and insurance is included in all UPS shipments. Some larger shipments could be delivered by FedEx.

Q: How much will it cost to ship my items?
A:
Shipping cost are calculated directly from the USPS and UPS using the weight of the items. All shipments originate from zip code 72753.

Q: Can you ship to a different address?
A
: If you are paying with a credit card, we can only ship to the address registered with the card issuers bank. This helps prevent fraud and protects consumers.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A:
All items shipped USPS have a delivery time of 1 to 6 days for First Class and Priority Mail averages a 2 to 3 day delivery time. This does not guarantee delivery by a certain date. Although rare, it sometimes takes over 5 days to receive Priority Mail shipments. UPS Ground shipments usually take 3 to 7 days for delivery but it is not guaranteed.

Q: How long before my order ships?

Q: I live outside of the United States. Can you ship internationally?
A:
We do offer international shipping to a limited nubmber of countries. You can view them when you enter your shipping information. Also, we ship to all US addresses, including P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and APE/FPO address. Note that some APE/FPO destinations will not include a delivery confirmation number as they are sometimes restricted.
Payments
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover using the Paypal.com processing for transactions. You don't need to sign up for a Paypal.com account to checkout.

Q: I want to pay with Paypal.com. How does it work?
A:
We accept paypal.com payments directly through our website. Just chose paypal as the payment method when you check out and follow the instructions. You will be taken to paypal.com website to make the purchase so your paypal.com information is secure.
User Information
Q: Do you sell or distribute any of my user information to other companies?
A:
No! All information gathered by our website is only used to process your order. No personal information including credit card information, address, or e-mail address is given or sold to any business or agency.
