Q: What are my options for shipping?
A: We ship via USPS Priority Mail Service. All shipments with Priority Mail (except some APO/FPO addresses) include a USPS delivery confirmation number. We recommend buying insurance which is optional and is available at time of check out We also ship via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day, and Next Day delivery. Please note that UPS can not deliver to a P.O. Box (Only street address). A tracking number is provided for all services and insurance is included in all UPS shipments.
Q: How much will it cost to ship my items?
A: Shipping cost are calculated directly from the USPS and UPS using the weight of the items. All shipments originate from zip code 72753
Q: Can you ship to a different address?
A: If you are paying with a credit card, we can only ship to the address registered with the card issuers bank. This helps prevent fraud and protects consumers.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: All items shipped Priority Mail average 2 to 3 day delivery time. This does not guarantee delivery by a certain date. Although rare, it sometimes takes over 5 days to receive shipments. UPS Ground shipments usually take 3 to 7 days for delivery but it is not guaranteed.
Q: How long before my order ships?
A: If your order is in stock we will ship it within 24 hours. If it is out of stock, the item usually ships with in 48 to 72 hours. We will send you an e-mail message when we ship your items to you.
Q: I live outside of the United States. Can you ship internationally?
A: Possibly – Send us an email at sales@darvex.com with your location and a list of the items you are interested in. We then work with you to see what options are available. We do ship to all US address, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and APE/FPO address. Note that some APE/FPO destinations will not include a delivery confirmation number as they are sometimes restricted. |
